Logan's cooking again. This time something with noodles.

I've been looking at a Paula Deen magazine. Lots of great recipies for cakes. But I think I might try the chinese casserole. That looks good.

Mom is letting me borrow her copy. I had told her I had checked out FOOD's latest cookbook from the library. Now she thinks I'm going to start cooking, which I'm not. Logan has more patiences in that department than me.

I did try to make this zuccini cake yesterday. Well, I did, I can't say its that good. Logan won't eat it because he says its too fattening. Although, there is no oil in the cake part, just some butter and cream cheese in the icing.

Anyway, I should have beat the butter and the cream cheese first, but I mixed it all together. It took forever to get the icing made.

I know Mom wants us to come over for the 4th, but I don't want to. I just want to do something with Logan. His Mom has been bugging us too. Usually, she's not like that. I guess we have to stop by for lunch. We'll probably go to my Mom's too because I won't hear the end of it, otherwise. Then maybe later we'll go out and watch fireworks.

Naturally, all these plans could change with Casey and Christine and Jeremy around.
